Orders are carefully prepared and shipped within a few days via USPS or DHL, depending on location. Once a package has been dispatched, it is in the care of the carrier. While every effort is made to ensure safe delivery, we are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments once in transit. International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, additional shipping fees will be required to resend it.
